Teaching Support Staff Required - HLTA / TA / Key Person

We are seeking hard-working, passionate and dedicated colleagues to work alongside our friendly and supportive team in various positions from September 2026

HLTA:  

  • 28.75 hours per week, Monday-Friday
  • Term time only
  • Grade 7 – Point 19-25, £21414 – £24722. Actual salary
  • 2 year Fixed Term Contract 

Teaching Assistant: 

  • 17.25 hours per week, Wednesday/Thursday/Friday
  • Term time only
  • Grade 6 – Point 12-17, £11538 - £12655. Actual salary
  • Permanent contact 

Key Person: 

  • 26.25 hours per week, Monday-Friday
  • Term time only
  • Grade 6 – Point 12-17, £17559 - £19257 Actual salary
  • Permanent contact

 

All positions will have a 30 minute per day, Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant contact attached, salary £1449 pa (actual salary).

  • have experience of managing a busy, inclusive classroom environment.
  • have experience of successfully covering teachers for CPD release, PPA and Leadership/Management time (HLTA role)
  • be able to provide excellent in-class support
  • have experience of running and organising small groups and interventions/support 1:1 as required
  • have excellent communication skills and be able to contribute positively to our team
  • a competency in English and Mathematics (minimum grade C or equivalent)
