Job Introduction
Lakeside School is an outstanding day and residential special school for 97 x 10-16 year old boys with a range of needs including challenging behaviour ADHD and autism.
The school received an outstanding rating from Ofsted in June 2024 and for its residential provision in October 2024.
We are looking to recruit night waking residential child care workers for two nights per week minimum up to a maximum of 4 nights per week. A level 3 diploma in Children and Young People workforce or equivalent would be desirable or a willingness to study for a similar qualification.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and supportive team focused on pupil progress and will have access to excellent training and development opportunities.
This position attracts a 33% night enhancement payment.
