Appointment of one to one Learning Support Assistant x 2 positions
1-1 and small group Learning Support Assistant
Shamblehurst Primary School is proud to be an inclusive, caring and creative school. We are hoping to recruit 2 x Learning Support Assistants to support children with complex needs.
Ideally, you would have experience with working with children with additional needs in a primary setting. The role will involve 1.1 support as well as supporting children in small groups.
We are looking for open minded, compassionate and motivated individuals, who truly want to make a difference to children. Applicants will need to be adaptable, physically fit, able to use their initiative, be quick thinking, calm under pressure and the ability to regroup and laugh when days are more challenging!
Our school can offer you a lovely team ethos, led by our wonderful SEND team. We have a talented team of leaders, teachers and support staff. Most importantly, our children are amazing and will always put a smile on your face.
