Job Introduction
We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our Curdridge Team.
The role is to support a children with SEND needs in Y1. Initially, this will be offered as a fixed term post until Easter 2027 with the possibility of extending should there be the need.
Do you:
- Have what it takes to inspire and motivate children?
- Have an understanding of how children learn?
- Have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills?
- Have an ability to use initiative to design tasks that follow children's interests?
- Have the ability to attune to a child's emotional needs?
