Salary Details: Grade B £25,615 FTE (Actual £3,710.64) 

Hours of Work:  1 day a week (Preferably Monday) 8.30 - 15.15 (25 hours a month) 

Location of Role: Castle Hill Infant School


Job/Person Summary 

We are looking for someone to join our friendly team of staff, assisting in the smooth running of the school office and supporting the welfare of our children. If you fulfil the following then we would love to hear from you: 

  • Have very good IT skills including word processing and the capacity to learn quickly 
  • Can use a range of office equipment such as photocopier, etc 
  • Have excellent communication skills-both written and verbal and when using the telephone 
  • Can work independently as well as functioning as part of a team 
  • Are well presented and can manage busy situations and keep professional and calm-as one of the main meets and greet colleagues in the school
  • Enjoy being with children and are willing to become one of our main first aiders (training provided) 
  • Willing to deal with a range of child welfare issues 
  • Willing to be a stand in lunchtime supervisory assistant in the absence of a lunchtime colleague 
  • Can maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
