Job Introduction
Vigo Primary School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and continue the successful attendance practice in place that has had a positive impact on the learning of our children and attendance statistics. This role will also involve supporting the SENCo and pastoral team to ensure high standards of inclusion that are maintained and enhanced. The role will be a hybrid of administrative and practical tasks.

• is highly organised and has good time management skills
• is flexible, proactive and resourceful
• has excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• is able to provide written and verbal feedback to the class teacher as required
• understands confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
• has GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths
• is confident in using Microsoft packages and web-based platforms
