What we are looking for:
| We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Careers Assistant to support the delivery of our careers programme across the College. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping students access high-quality careers education, information, advice and guidance, including work experience, careers events, and post-16 progression opportunities. Working closely with the Careers Leader, you will provide administrative support, maintain careers records and track systems, coordinate careers-related activities, and help ensure students are fully supported as they plan their future education and career pathways.

Working time:
| 18 hours per week, ~ 39 weeks per year When the hours are worked can be discussed at interview.

Salary/grade:
| £24,796 fte Pro Rata ~ £10,346 (pay award pending) Scale B

The college had its latest Ofsted inspection in December 2023. The college was judged to be a strongly “Good” school. The report validated our own assessment of the college – there were no surprises!
