The Role: Class Teacher
We are seeking an exceptional class teacher to join our talented team. This is an excellent opportunity for both early career teachers and experienced professionals alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure excellent pupil progress through effective and innovative teaching
- Implement a range of positive behaviour management strategies to create a stimulating learning environment
- Demonstrate high expectations of children, yourself, and other adults to enhance the potential of all
- Maintain an approachable and caring manner that fosters positive relationships with pupils and parents
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to differentiate learning
- A commitment to continuous professional development
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience in a similar role, either as an Early Career Teacher or an established practitioner
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding lessons and achieving excellent pupil outcomes
- A collaborative and adaptable approach to working as part of a team
