Early Years Practitioner

If you hold a full and relevant Level 3 or above, Early Years qualification and have a passion for delivering high quality care and inspiring little minds, our Early Years Practitioner opportunity will be perfect for you.

 We are looking for someone who has a sound understanding of the EYFS to join our friendly, inclusive nursery, where the children are at the heart of everything we do.  Bushy Leaze is an attachment and trauma awareness school with an SEND Hub and Family Support team.  We have great links with outside professionals and other local schools.  We would love for you to join us and find out for yourself how much we care about our staff, children and families.

 Your role will involve acting as a Key Person, using observations and assessments to plan learning opportunities based around the children’s interests.  You will work closely with parent/carers, building strong relationships and supporting home learning opportunities.  You will work as part of a knowledgeable and creative team, promoting the welfare of our children, ensuring that they are safe and happy in nursery.
