You will be an experienced music educator with a strong background in ensemble leadership and a clear commitment to inclusion, access and excellence. You will bring strategic thinking, strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and develop others with experience of planning and delivery of events, trips and residentials.

You will be passionate about ensuring all children and young people have the opportunity to engage with, be empowered by and excel through music.
