The Governing Body at Balksbury Federation is seeking a dynamic Executive Headteacher who can continue to lead and inspire our well-established federated Infant and Junior schools in Andover. We are looking for an inspiring leader who can uphold our ethos of ‘Learning and Growing Together’ while leading our federated community into an exciting new chapter. We are seeking someone who will lead with passion and purpose; who will champion our values (Perseverance, Respect & Collaboration) and build on our solid foundations to deliver excellent education for every child.
