We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and forward-thinking Finance Manager to join our welcoming rural primary school. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to play a key role in supporting the leadership team and ensuring the smooth and effective running of our school.

The Role
The successful candidate will oversee the school’s business and operational functions, including:
- Financial management and budgeting
- Human resources and payroll administration
- Premises and health & safety management
- Procurement and contract management
- Administrative systems and compliance
- Contributing to strategic planning with the Headteacher and Governors
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has excellent organisational and financial management skills
- Can work independently and as part of a small collegiate team
- Demonstrates strong communication abilities
- Has experience in administration, finance, or business management
- Believes in high quality, inclusive provision for all children and would like to play an important role in ensuring all children succeed.
Experience within a school environment is desirable but not essential. Training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
