Vacancies for flexible support staff for a Special Needs School
We’re excited to launch our Flexi-Team — a group of brilliant, flexible-working staff who support Henry Tyndale School in a variety of roles, from teaching and learning support to driving and site maintenance.

We’re currently recruiting for the following casual positions:
- Flexi-Team Bank LSAs (Learning Support Assistants)
Bank Salary range depending on experience – Grade C £14.18 per hour – £14.77 per hour/Grade D £15.63 per hour to £17.20 per hour
- Flexi-Team Bank Teachers
Bank Salary range – MPR £31.22 – £43.01 per hour and pro rata SEN point
- Flexi-Team Bank Minibus Drivers to cover sickness, absence etc and to cover our Park site (Aldershot) minibus run from 7.15am to 9.30am and 2.45pm to 5pm.
Please note that a DI on your licence is required to be able to drive our Minibuses and you will need to do MIDAS training (the school will arrange this training if you have not got a valid MIDAS certificate)
Bank Salary range £13.95 – £14.14 per hour
- Flexi-Team Bank Site & Maintenance Staff
Bank Salary range depending on experience – £13.95 – £14.14 per hour
