We are seeking an exceptional Head of Design & Technology to lead and inspire our thriving D&T department, ensuring high‑quality learning and outstanding progress across Key Stages 3 and 4. About the Role
You will bring a blend of strategic leadership and hands‑on expertise, creating a culture of high expectations, technical excellence and imaginative problem‑solving. As Head of D&T, you will:
- Lead curriculum development and innovation
- Mentor and develop staff within the department
- Manage resources effectively and creatively
- Ensure lessons reflect industry best practice
- Equip students with the skills, confidence and ambition to succeed in the world of design, engineering and technology
