We are looking for an inspiring and dynamic Head of School to join our successful, forward thinking leadership team at Four Lanes Federation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader with strong Early Years and Key Stage 1 expertise to shape the next chapter of our wonderful Infant School, working closely alongside our highly supportive Federation Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will:
- Be an enthusiastic, inspirational leader and teacher, committed to raising standards for every child.
- Be a reflective practitioner with a strong drive for personal and professional excellence.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning, both in the classroom and through effective school leadership.
- Have strong curriculum knowledge across at least two of the primary phases.
- Hold high aspirations for pupils, with consistently high expectations for behaviour, progress and achievement.
- Have the ability to lead, motivate and manage colleagues with clarity, empath and approachability.
- Bring creativity and innovation to drive continual school improvement and enriching learning experiences.
- Have substantial and varied teaching experience across the National Curriculum (minimum 5 years).
- Be committed to working in partnership with pupils, families, staff and the wider community to foster a safe, happy and nurturing school environment.
- Possess a great sense of humour and enjoy being part of a positive, supportive team.
- Be proactive, highly motivated and exceptionally well organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
