The Governors of Swanmore College are seeking to appoint an exceptional Headteacher to lead our successful and highly regarded secondary school into its next phase of development.

This is a rare opportunity to build upon an established culture of high expectations, strong academic achievement and exceptional pastoral care. Situated in the heart of a vibrant Hampshire community, Swanmore College serves approximately 1,375 students aged 11 to 16 and enjoys a strong reputation for educational excellence, positive relationships and a distinctive family ethos. The school was confirmed as a Good school by Ofsted in 2023, with inspectors highlighting pupils' excellent behaviour, an ambitious curriculum, strong personal development, effective safeguarding and a culture where staff feel valued and proud to work.
