Are you an inspirational leader, committed to excellence and passionate about holistic education?  Hook-with-Warsash C of E Academy is seeking an exceptional Headteacher to lead our vibrant, stand-alone primary academy, set in a welcoming community with a strong reputation for high standards and a nurturing environment.

About the Role:

You will provide strategic leadership, upholding and further developing our strong ethos, vision, and values.  You will ensure the highest academic standards while focusing on the social and emotional wellbeing of every child.  As Headteacher, you will lead a dedicated staff team, build positive relationships with pupils, parents, governors, and the wider community, and maintain our position as a school of choice within and beyond our catchment area.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a qualified teacher with significant leadership experience in primary education
  • Has a proven track record of raising academic standards and promoting holistic development
  • Has a strong knowledge of safeguarding, statutory requirements, and financial management
  • Is an excellent communicator, able to motivate and inspire staff, pupils, and stakeholders
  • Is committed to upholding our Christian values and fostering an inclusive, supportive environment
