Higher Level Teaching Assistant KS2

We are seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who will work in KS2 to provide cover in the absence of the classroom teacher. The successful candidate would be responsible for reading planning and delivering engaging lessons as well as providing classroom support. This role may also involve delivering interventions to individual and small groups of children; providing pre-teach and catch up interventions to enable pupils to make good progress.
This position would be an exciting opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is looking for the next progression in their career or someone who is looking to gain experience towards their route into teacher training. Full training would be provided for the successful candidate.
We would also be interested in a member of staff who has expertise in a particular subject area. This would enable us to deliver more specialist lessons and provide an enriched curriculum. Therefore, if you have experience in a particular subject (for example music, languages or computing), please let us know.
