The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. This exciting new position is your chance to contribute to our behaviour strategy that ensure every student, feels valued, belongs, and experiences the joy of learning. You will champion high expectations while tailoring support for individual students and families when needed. 
As Inclusion Manager, you’ll collaborate with school leaders, guide restorative approaches, and oversee critical elements such as internal exclusions and adapted provision within the school, ensuring they deliver the best outcomes for students. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to manage behaviour interventions to support students back into the classroom.


We are looking for someone who can provide a holistic approach in supporting the needs of children who have social, emotional and behavioural barriers to learning. An understanding of the reasons for behaviour choices is essential for this role, as is the ability to put strategies in place to support the child and school will be required.
