Welcome to the John Keble Church of England Primary School! We are a 1 form entry school in a rural village who takes pride in delivering the best education possible for our children, as demonstrated through our consistently good Ofsted inspections and achievement results. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated education professional to join our village school.
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring KS1 Teacher who can ignite a love for learning in our children every day. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering the learning and achievement of all pupils, ensuring that every child has equal opportunities in a happy and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire and motivate pupils.
- Foster a supportive and positive classroom environment where children can thrive.
- Provide pastoral care and support for every child’s well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
- Contribute positively to the school’s ethos, develop effective professional relationships, and communicate effectively with parents and the wider school community.
- Establish clear rules and routines for behaviour, promoting good and courteous conduct in accordance with the school’s behaviour policy.
