This is an exciting opportunity to join our amazing and experienced team, as a class teacher and year team leader. We have 12 single-age group classes with no more than 25 children in a class. This post would be as a class teacher who leads the team of three classes in one year group. Our school is filled with like-minded people who want to make a difference to the children in our school.

We invite applications from experienced teachers who are ready to take on a leadership responsibility. As a member of our middle leadership team, you will have the opportunity to impact the strategic direction of the school.

We are looking for a colleague who:

  • Has the ability to form outstanding relationships with children and get to the heart of each and every child in their care; someone who has high aspirations and is passionate about providing children with the very best opportunities
  • Has energy, vision and creativity and who shares a passion for teaching and learning
  • Has high expectations for themselves and our pupils
  • Is open to new ideas and is able to lead a team of teachers in one year group (three classes)
  • Is keen to develop their own professional skills
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills with children and adults
