LSA working in the Bridge Resourced Provision (KS2 children)

Job Introduction

Do you want to make a difference in a child’s life and outcomes? Are you passionate about supporting children to develop their independence and social skills? Would you like to work in a place which Ofsted described as ‘highly effective at supporting pupils who have complex social, emotional and mental health needs’ and described our team as ‘cohesive and supportive.’ (Ofsted March 2018) and "The school’s specially resourced provision for pupils with SEND (The Bridge) successfully supports pupils with both their academic and wider development as part of the main school." (Ofsted Nove 2023).

Come and join our brilliant team of LSAs who work within The Bridge, our brilliant Resource Provision for children with additional needs. The children spend most of their time within classes, and dip-in and out of the Bridge for a variety of activities and reasons. More infomation on the Bridge can be found here. The role is mostly with KS2 children.

We pride ourselves on our family-approach to running our school with great opportunities for frequent training. We have a very experienced and engaged team of support staff, teachers and leaders, all of whom work together to meet the needs of our children and our vision for them.
