Job Introduction
We are wishing to appoint additional Learning Support Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team. The role involves supporting our lovely pupils to assist them with their learning, which can be class/group based and sometimes on a 1:1 basis.
We are seeking part-time members of staff, initially on a 1-year fixed contract, who have some experience in the Early Years/KS1 to work alongside our dedicated and experienced teaching team.
We can offer:

- Regular Support Staff training and support and a full induction
We would like to appoint a person who:
- is flexible, reliable and a good team player
- puts the child first and the safeguarding pupils at the heart of everything
- can take groups of pupils and lead them in group activities
- can support children with additional needs who need adaptations to learning on a more 1:1 basis
- is willing to join in with our wider school events.
- can build positive relationships with staff and pupils
- some experience at supporting in a primary school (desirable)
- can demonstrate good subject knowledge in English and Maths.
