Job Introduction
We are wishing to appoint an additional Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. The role involves supporting our lovely pupils to assist them with their learning, which can be class/group based and on a 1:1 basis. This post is initially in Early years (Year R) or Year 1/2.
We can offer:

We would like to appoint a person who:
- can support children with additional needs who need adaptations to learning on a more 1:1 basis
- has knowledge and/or interest in SEND
- has a relevant qualification and some experience at working in a primary school
- is flexible, reliable and a good team player
- puts the child first and the safeguarding of pupils at the heart of everything
- can take groups of pupils and lead them in group activities
- is willing to join in with our wider school events.
- can build positive relationships with staff and pupils
- can demonstrate good subject knowledge in English and Maths.
