 Learning Support Assistant - Junior School 

 

  • Start date: September 2026
  • Closing Date: Tuesday 23rd June, 12 noon.

  • Contract/Hours: Fixed Term – 1 Year
  • Salary Type: Support Staff Grade C/D depending on experience.
  • Hours of Work: 25 Hours, Monday to Friday:  9.30 - 3.00, (term time only) with half an hour for lunch.

South View Federation is looking to appoint two dedicated, flexible, and skilled Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to work in Key Stage 2 from September 2026. We have a class-based role available and a role that involves supporting both small groups and individual pupils across a year group. As our school has a significant number of children with additional needs, we are seeking LSAs who can effectively adapt activities and teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of our learners.
