Salary Details: Grade D (Actual) £20,351 - £22,403 – FTE £28,697 – £31,573 (40 working weeks)
Hours of Work: 30 hours per week Monday-Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm – flexibility with these hours could be possible for the right candidate
Job/Person Summary
We are looking to strengthen our team through the appointment of an experienced Learning Support Assistant.
The successful candidate will be working alongside our Assistant Headteacher / Inclusion Leader to establish an environment and provision of package to meet the needs of our most vulnerable children including those with SEMH needs. This exciting role has developed over recent years and focusses on working with colleagues and outside agencies to promote high aspirations for all pupils of Cherrywood.
This role does include regular class cover as well as working with focused individuals and groups delivering targeted interventions, through consultation with class teachers and the Inclusion Leader.
