Job Introduction
St Michael & All Angels CE Infant School, part of the Oaks CE Learning Federation comprising three small rural schools in the New Forest, is seeking to appoint a patient, caring, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This role will primarily involve providing one-to-one support for children with specific learning needs, helping them to develop, achieve their potential, and thrive within the school environment. The successful candidate will also assist with general classroom support duties, working closely with teachers and staff to ensure all pupils receive the encouragement and support they need to succeed.

About You:
Experience of working with children with special educational need preferred.
Compassionate and motivated to work with children and support their needs
Able to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting the school’s values and ethos.
