Learning Support Assistant mornings including lunch

We are looking for a friendly, flexible and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our wonderful team at Whitchurch CE Primary School.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you will work across the school, supporting children both within the classroom and on a 1:1 basis. You'll work closely with our experienced teachers and established learning support team to help every child thrive and achieve their best.

Your role will involve supporting individual children or small groups, delivering interventions, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. You will also provide daily feedback and maintain accurate records to support children's progress.

Previous experience supporting children is desirable, but just as important is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Full training and support can be provided for the right candidate.

Whitchurch CE Primary is a welcoming two-form entry primary school with excellent transport links to Winchester, Basingstoke, Andover and the M3/A34/A303.

Essential Qualifications

  • GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
