We are seeking to appoint a caring, patient and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive team. This rewarding role involves working with children across the school, including providing one-to-one support, working with small groups and delivering targeted interventions both within and beyond the classroom.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will:
- Be kind, nurturing and committed to supporting the diverse needs of all children.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, under the guidance of the class teacher and SENDCo.
- Be willing to undertake relevant training and professional development to further enhance their skills and expertise.
- Deliver personalised support programmes designed by school staff and external professionals, including Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists.
- Support children with personal and intimate care, where required, in a respectful and dignified manner.
- Share our commitment to inclusion, high expectations and ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Contract Details
Hours: 8.15 – 1.25pm, 5 days per week, term time only
