Grade B £24,796-£25,128 FTE and Pro rata Salary range £ 16,194.21- £16,411.03
Grade C £25,186-£26,244 FTE and Pro rata Salary range £16,448.91-£17,139.89
Term time only, 28.25 hours a week, Monday to Friday

About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant at Riverside, you will work closely with teachers and other staff to support pupils’ social and academic development. Your role will be vital in helping children stay engaged, complete activities, and overcome barriers to learning. Key aspects of the role include:
- Working independently with individuals or small groups to deliver lesson plans and support learning goals
- Managing behaviour and supporting children with complex needs with sensitivity and confidence
- Taking on specialist responsibilities and mentoring other LSAs as needed
- Contributing to assessment and monitoring pupil progress
- Supporting the wider school community, including liaising with parents and external professionals
