Fair Oak Junior School is a vibrant five-form entry school which shares an amazing campus location with Wyvern Nursery, Fair Oak Infant School and Wyvern College – nearly 3000 children aged from 9 months to 16 years learn across our schools each day.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Fair Oak Family this term as a teaching assistant. You will be supporting in class generally but also providing some 1:1 support for some of the children in class.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate they:

  • Have some experience of working with children and will be able to build a rapport with them. Or they will be willing to learn these skills.
  • Are passionate about children achieving their very best.
  • Have high expectations of themselves and the people they work with.
  • Have a positive attitude and be keen to improve their own practice.
  • Have a desire to make a difference to the lives of the children we work with.
  • Have emotional intelligence and a sense of fun!
