Salary: EHCC/Support Staff – A Grade

Salary Details: £24,521 FTE. £3,060.24 Actual

 

Hours of work: 5.40 hours per week

We are looking to recruit a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant who is committed to ensuring our pupils continue to experience positive and enjoyable lunchtimes. If you feel you have excellent communication skills, a passion for working with children and a good understanding of safeguarding; we would love to hear from you.

 

The successful candidates will:

  • have a child-centred approach
  • be caring, calm and patient 
  • be able to build relationships with all children 
  • have the ability to work under pressure 
  • have the ability to keep pupils motivated and engaged
  • be able to adapt and think on your feet
  • be flexible and willing to learn
  • be able to attune to a child’s emotional needs
  • be able to work as part of a team, learning with and from other colleagues
  • be able to work independently and on your own initiative
  • have excellent communication skills
  • demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills
  • understand confidentiality and safeguarding procedures 
  • have an optimistic attitude and a good sense of humour
