Springwood prides itself for its strong safeguarding culture.

We are proud to say that both schools in our federation have been judged as ‘Good’ from Ofsted. We have a dedicated team who always strive to make the difference to all our children. The Junior Ofsted in July 2022 stated, “Springwood is an inclusive school, where everyone is welcome”. The Infant School was inspected in October 2023 and stated “Staff go above and beyond to make school a successful experience for everyone”

We are looking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to join us and work as part of our committed and hardworking lunchtime team. The successful applicant will:

· Oversee the care, safety, welfare and supervision of children during the lunch break, in the playground, dining hall and other areas, ensuring that the whole lunchtime experience is as positive as possible for the children.

· Be a team player who can help make the lunchtime experience fun and enjoyable for all children.

· Be able to work well with others under guidance and show own initiative.

· Interact positively and establish good relationships with all children and colleagues.

We offer many CPD opportunities, and our team work closely together to make sure we provide the children and staff the opportunity to learn and grow. Staff at Springwood are committed to working together to ensure that our children are provided with the opportunity and environment to flourish.

There is never a dull moment at Springwood, so enthusiasm and humour are key!
