Our federation serves an area of high deprivation and currently we have over 320 pupils on roll. The schools are set in one shared building on spacious and beautiful grounds which provide our pupils with fantastic learning opportunities. The local community is a very important part of our vision and values and we strive to work with our community to get the best for our children. Riders has a new Senior Leadership Team who are committed and passionate about school improvement and are on a journey of rapid school improvement.

In this key front-facing role, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for students, staff, parents, and visitors
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and reception enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Provide general administrative support to the school office and wider team
  • Help maintain a calm, welcoming reception area and uphold safeguarding procedures
  • Assist with student attendance and sign-in/out procedures as needed


Contract/Hours: Temporary, Part-time

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am until 4.30 pm (finishing at 4pm on Friday). Total of 37 hours per week, including 30 minute unpaid lunch break. The role is term time only including school inset days.
