Job/Person Summary
We wish to recruit a Reflection Room Supervisor to manage and co-ordinate the day to day function and development of the school's reflection room (a room where students are placed instead of attending lessons to create an opportunity to reflect as part of the school's behaviour policy).
The successful candidate will help develop and deliver programmes of support for students referred to the room including liaising with the Senior Leadership Team, Heads of House and Pastoral Assistants.
This post is not entirely desk based. You will be required to be both proactive and reactive and you must be prepared to visit all department areas within the school.
This is a term time appointment and the working hours will be from 8.30am till 4pm daily, including CPS INSET days. This role is for 35 hours per week, 40 weeks per year. Salary: £20,253 per annum (FTE: £24,405 per annum).
