SEND Administrative Officer

Job Introduction

Warren Park Primary School is seeking an organised, proactive and child-centred SEND Administrative Officer to join our Inclusion Team.

You will support the SENDCo in delivering high-quality SEND provision through effective administration, coordination of EHCP processes, and liaison with parents and external agencies. The role includes managing annual review processes, preparing evidence for EHCP needs assessments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the provision for pupils with high levels of need. 

This is a key role within our strategic approach to SEND, ensuring clear systems, strong communication and timely processes so that children’s needs are met effectively and sustainably. 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine interest and desire to maintain effective and successful administrative systems
  • Is highly organised with strong administrative skills
  • Is friendly and approachable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understands the SEND Code of Practice and graduated approach
  • Is calm, flexible and committed to inclusive practice 
  • Experience of working in a school or SEND role is desirable.
