We are looking to appoint a Senior Administrative Officer to lead our Office team in our friendly, busy and happy school. We would like a cheerful, efficient, well organised team player, who is able to multitask, complete tasks efficiently and to deadlines, manage the budget and provide the best level of service for our school community. We can provide training if there are some areas that you are less confident with.
Do you have:
- Experience of working in a school or as part of a team (desirable but not essential)
- Experience of online management systems such as Arbor and IBC
- A good knowledge of Finance and Personnel
- The ability to manage challenging situations calmly, positively and professionally
- Initiative and demonstrate a ‘can do’ approach to prioritising tasks, solving problems and multitasking
- The ability to work to deadlines whilst being flexible and adaptable
- Good communication skills
- A sense of humour and the ability to cope under pressure
- An understanding of the importance of maintaining an effective safeguarding culture
- An understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion at all times
