Senior Administrative Assistant

Job Introduction

 

As a Senior Administrative Assistant within our Legal Intervention Team, you’ll support Hampshire's Inclusion Support Service by administering the Attendance Legal Process for Penalty Notices. Regular school attendance is vital for a child's achievement, wellbeing, and overall development. By providing effective administrative support to our team, you’ll contribute to better educational outcomes for children.

 What you’ll be doing: 

  • Organising meetings, taking minutes, and managing the team email inbox.
  • Issuing Penalty Notice numbers to schools, administering the Attendance Legal Process for unpaid Penalty Notices related to unauthorised holidays, tracking payments and unpaid notifications, and generating documents such as Warnings.
  • Handling queries via phone and email from a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing records, data input, and generating reports.
