Senior Site Manager
Salary: EHCC Grade E (Full time £33,178 - £36,369)
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: February 2026
Hours: Part or Full time (20 - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)
We are looking for a Senior Site Manager who is positive, proactive, reliable, and practical to join our dedicated team. This role is critical in ensuring our site remains clean, safe, and well-maintained, delivering the highest possible standards for pupils, visitors, and colleagues. You will lead the Site Team in partnership with the other Senior Site Manager, taking pride in the appearance and functionality of our school.
Our expectation is school community satisfaction for service delivery, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment and supporting a wide range of school activities and events.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the site team to maintain the building fabric and grounds to the highest standard.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the site.
· Act as a key holder with responsibility for site security during your working hours.
· Support community users at weekends, ensuring booked facilities are accessible and ready for use.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues to support school activities and projects.
What We’re Looking For
· A positive, practical approach and a strong sense of pride in your work.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Flexibility and good interpersonal skills to relate well to pupils, staff, and visitors.
· Previous experience in site management or a similar role is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Working Pattern
· Saturday: 08:00 – 18:00
· Sunday: 08:00 – 18:00
· We would be open to a part time applicant completing 2-5 days inclusive of the weekend. (There may be occasions where hours vary to cover annual leave, sickness, or school events.)
