Haven has a new vacancy for a Special Educational Needs Assistant to provide high quality care and learning for children with special educational needs and disabilities at Haven. As an Early Years SEND Hub for Hampshire our exceptional practice and high-quality training make us a unique and exciting place to work.
We are seeking a team player who wants to further develop their excellent SEND early years practice. Fantastic opportunities for professional development and training available, including speech and language, Makaton, Early Years Autism training… to name of few!! We are a large nursery team who are dedicated in supporting all young children to grow.
∞ No experience necessary, just the desire to learn! Applicants will be fully supported to achieve further qualifications in childcare ∞
There is a permanent, part time role: 30 hours per week, 52 weeks or Term Time Only with a salary range of
£24,796 - £25,392 FTE (Hampshire County Council Grade B/C – depending on experience). The hours are 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
The Centre is open from 7.45am – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
