We are committed to continually improving the quality of education provided to its pupils, thanks to a dedicated team of hard working and committed professionals. We are looking to recruit someone with flexibility and resilience to work with and support pupils with complex needs. The role requires someone willing to use their initiative and be creative in their approach. Knowledge of strategies to support communication and interaction needs would be an advantage, however support will be provided.

In return, we will offer the opportunity to be part of a kind, supportive and dedicated team. We provide ongoing training through advice from experienced staff and other professionals working with the school.

  • Understand confidentiality, safety and safeguarding
  • Be a team player
  • An understanding of how to support pupils with additional needs, or a commitment to learn
