Job Introduction
We are seeking to appoint an energetic and knowledgeable Special Needs Assistant who is passionate about enabling children, including those with complex needs, to thrive in school. Although we are a large three-form primary school, we have a friendly team spirit to match our positive professional culture. We have incredible facilities and our ‘school within a garden’ ethos is now very well integrated within our curriculum; and this is especially so for pupils with additional needs.
Ideally, we are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SNA to bolster our team working across KS1 and KS2. However, applications will of course be considered from candidates with strong alternative career backgrounds who can demonstrate transferable skills.
