Job Introduction
Leesland C of E Federation is looking to appoint two excellent ECTs who would like to begin their teaching career as part of a successful, supportive and caring team, on a fixed term contract for 1 year, from September 2025. There may be scope for this to become a permanent role for one successful candidate after the first year.
One vacancy will be in our infant school and one in our junior school.

We are looking for:
- A teacher who believes firmly in inclusion, and who is driven to ensure every child can be successful at school.
- A teacher who has demonstrated high quality teaching, classroom management and a commitment to developing further during their teacher training.
- A teacher who is able and willing to work as a team and has great interpersonal skills.
- A teacher who will get involved with the community and wider school experiences.
We have a proven track record for supporting all teachers, ECTs and more experienced staff with excellent development opportunities. Staff retention is high and when colleagues do move on, it is usually for promotion.
