Elvetham Heath Primary School is a vibrant and forward-thinking school located in the heart of Fleet. We are a Character Education school, dedicated to providing a nurturing environment where every child’s potential is supported and their character developed. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join our team and help continue our commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate teacher to join our school. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in English, Maths, Science, and other subjects.
  • Use assessment data to monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where all students can thrive.
  • Promote our five core virtues of Respect, Responsibility, Perseverance, Honesty and Kindness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the school’s curriculum and teaching practices.
  • Maintain clear communication with parents and carers regarding pupil progress.
  • Uphold high standards of behaviour management, ensuring a respectful and focused classroom atmosphere.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Be passionate about teaching and have the ability to inspire and motivate children.
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Be a team player, eager to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both with children and adults.

  • Interviews will be week beginning 27 April 2026.
  • If we receive a sufficient number of applications we may proceed with interviews prior to the closing date.
