The Junior Ofsted in July 2022 stated, “Springwood is an inclusive school, where everyone is welcome”. The Infant School was inspected in October 2023 and stated “Staff go above and beyond to make school a successful experience for everyone”
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who can meet the current needs of one or more children with EHCPs (Educational Health Care Plans), within our school environment. As stated by Ofsted we are inclusive schools with a high number of SEND. Therefore, your creativity, reflective practice and resilience are fundamental.
We offer many CPD opportunities, and our team work closely together to make sure we provide the children and staff the opportunity to learn and grow. Staff at Springwood are committed to working together to ensure that our children are provided with the opportunity and environment to flourish.
