At West Meon School, we are a small, friendly village school with a dedicated, happy, and supportive staff team. We value professional and personal development, and staff training is a key part of our ethos.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative teaching assistant to join our primary school team on a full or part time contract, working alongside an experienced EYs, KS1 & KS2 team to facilitate the learning of our youngest pupils. You will play a vital role in igniting a lifelong love of learning during these critical early years. Some of your hours may be working one-to-one.

- A teaching assistant with experience of early years or a primary setting
- Enthusiasm for breaking down barriers to learning

- Willing to get involved in all aspects of school life including outdoor education and trips.
