An exciting opportunity has arisen at Berrywood Primary School to join our extremely popular Berries Wrap Around Care Breakfast and After School Club team. The team comprises of friendly and supportive staff who all work hard to ensure that the children in their care can develop personally, socially and educationally in a safe, caring and challenging environment.
If you have a family, we understand that these hours can prove difficult for some, and so for this reason we offer free places to the children of Berries staff at the club for the sessions that they work.
We currently have vacancies at both our breakfast and after school clubs. (details below) If you are available to work on any of the days/sessions advertised, we would love to hear from you.
The successful candidate will:-
- be an effective team player;
- have good interpersonal skills;
- be flexible;
- be self motivated and able to work using their own initiative;
- be trustworthy, friendly and approachable;
- appreciate the need for confidentiality;
- be calm when working under pressure;
- have a sense of humour – essential.
Hours available:
Breakfast Club (7:30 am – 8:30 am) Monday to Friday
After School Club (3:00 pm – 5:30 pm) Monday to Thursday
Salary – HCC EHCC Grade C (£25,186 - £26,244 pro-rata) £13.05 - £13.60 per hour
Closing date: Friday 19th June 2026
