Casual Community Lettings Assistant
As and when required to cover staff annual leave and sickness
£13.64 per hour
We are seeking to appoint a Casual Community Lettings Assistant to assist the Site & Community Lettings Manager. The successful candidate will support the lettings of the school’s facilities, dealing mainly with external hirers of the school’s facilities and ensuring the facilities are in a safe and clean condition ready for hire. This work will mainly be in the evenings and weekends between the hours of 4.30pm to 10.00pm Mondays to Fridays and 7.30am to 3.00pm Saturdays and Sundays as and when required to cover staff annual leave and absence.
Reporting to the Site & Community Lettings Manager, to ensure security of site and buildings and smooth running of the community programme. Duties will include setting up of hire equipment and being available to support and communicate with hirers of our venues
