Job Introduction
We currently have a vacancy for a cleaner to work under the direction of the Site Manager at Holbrook Primary School.
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our experienced cleaning team, who takes pride in their work and has high standards, so that our children have a clean and safe place to learn.
Experience would be an advantage but training will be provided.
Duties will include:
- emptying bins
- cleaning allocated areas
- washing tables and chairs
- cleaning sinks and toilets
- sweeping, vacuuming and mopping
- ensuring we have a clean and welcoming school environment
The post is 12.5 hours per week Monday to Friday to be carried out 3.30pm to 6.00pm during term time. During the school holidays, there may be some flexibility in how hours can be worked.
There is an entitlement to 24 days’ annual leave (in addition to bank holidays) which must be taken during school holiday time.
