This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to play a key role in supporting their progress, confidence, and independence.
You will supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared lesson materials, and help maintain a focused and positive learning environment. Every day will bring variety—and the chance to make a meaningful contribution to students’ success.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their development.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, confident, and caring manner.
- The ability to build positive relationships and manage classroom routines effectively.
- A proactive, flexible approach and the capacity to work as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn—no teaching qualification required, and full training will be provided.
What We Offer
We provide our staff with a wide variety of professional development opportunities, including collaborative twilights and conferences. Alongside an excellent induction programme, we offer an inspiring teaching and learning environment and outstanding ongoing professional learning to support and enhance your career.
